Remember, Audi's approached with turbocharged engines is to maintain a very flat torque curve across a broad RPM range.
So if you chip it, you'll get a nice torque that will max out around the 3000-4000RPM range and it'll start to fall off quickly after that as the turbocharger is operating at it's maximum. The opposite effect here is that the "pull" when gased at higher RPM won't feel as "significant" perhaps at first compared to flooring it when the engine is at the sweet spot. |
