Went to the dealer today. I mentioned my issue with regards from shifting from R to D. They claimed nothing is wrong and even mentioned that a delay of a couple of seconds can be expected at times when shifting from R to D. Go figure.

There is a TCM reflash (fixed my problem!!). got it done today, feels much better

How much did it cost to reflash your TCM? or was is under warranty? Thanks

And you have to give it about 100-200 km for the TCM to adapt...I had a jerk between 2nd and 1st gear (downshifting), it went away after a bit

same here, i dont bother with automatic anymore, never have actually. Drove it for two weeks and got bored, manual FTW! I feel really bad for the guys that are out of warranty.
