Depends what you want, many brands are available, eibach offer a modest drop definitely gives a sporty look, drops about 1.3" while neuspeed drops 1.5"-1.7" both of those are springs no shocks. Also plenty of spring and shock combos floating around.

You can also go the coilover route if you want a real aggressive drop stassis, V1, Blistein etc once again alot of brands to choose from....with these comes the ability to adjust height for winter weather. If you truely want the best advice come out to one of the meet and greets and ask what everyone is running searching the forum is one great way to get info but seeing the different options in person and getting feedback right away will make your decision easier and you never know a deal might be struck by you and another member on a set they are parting with.

hope that helps

Do the right thing - get coilovers! You see lots of people going the "cheap" way and getting springs - they always say they wish the got coilovers cause they end up hating the ride, the shocks blow, and now they have to pay more for labor and the coilovers. And hey you live in Canada, it would be great to have the option of raising it for the winter.
You might have a problem running offset of 30 with 235 wide tires. I think lowering it with that kind low of offset, you may run into rubbing... I'm not an expert though. Lower it and post pics!!
