Default would this help the sound?

would getting aftermarket door speakers get me a better sound out of my stock system non bose? Has anyone done this?

The best way to improve sound is a better amp. Only when the speakers can no longer handle it do you get better speakers.

not much man, best way if your on a budget is just to buy a decent source unit. you might notice a slight difference with speakers but not as much as if you do a deck, if your only doing one or the other.
