I got 38%, and I think it's perfect. Factory tint is at 20% according to my dealer - and you can see it with naked eye too. So with 38, I feel it's just right.
The shop may look a bit small, but there's a nice area upstairs with a PS3 and a nice screen if you wanna make the time fly as you wait.

32 is actually pretty dark shade, it is equivalent to 28 or 30% which most other tint lines carry.
Sorry if the shop looks (ghetto!) I didn't think it does but we are only in business for 3 years now and have to start somewhere!!!!!
