Default Service is UP

I have a 2003 A4 3.0
- My dash says it time to go for a service, How much will that cost me?
- Can i just do it myself and reset the timer?
- Or do i need to go to AUDI garage?

That depends on how many km you have on the clock. The reminder is a dummy reminder so if you've been doing things to the car and servicing it before it may not apply to you and you can reset it yourself.

If you feel like you can do the required maintenance yourself at that interval there is no reason to go to the dealer or a garage, if you can't do everything yourself then I would suggest going to an independent shop instead of the dealer.

get a quote from the dealer and get a quote from smaller independents... it really depends on how mechanically inclined you are...
