rearend noise?

So I just bought a 2002 Audi A4 3.0l 6MT quattro with sport package and premium pack today. I notice a rearend noise would that be the sport tires that are on it? They are Yokohama AVS ES100's; anyway does anyone else have a this issue? It's mostly when going slow like 20-30km/h.
