need tire recommendations, all season preferred.

235/40-zr18 95w is currently on a set of RS4 replica, which has a really wide stance.

2004, 1.8t Q A4

I have my eyes on Pirelli P Zero Nero, any thoughts?

Oh i have goodyear assurance trippletread on my car. Love them.
Wet, dry, and snow, they perform.
