I am picking up an 03 A4 1.8T near the end of the month and am wondering what are some 'must do' mods to the car?

I'm already dead set on the APR 1.8T Stage 1 chip. The reviews are too good to not do. Any suggestions on where to go in Calgary to pick it up and get it installed?

I'm thinking a 15 or 20% tint all the way around as well. Windows aren't currently tinted and that bothers me somewhat. Again, any recommendations for Calgary?

I'm also looking at doing something like a subtle body kit, with lip spoiler. Nothing crazy and nothing Fast & the Furious. Just want to make my '03 stand out from the others in Calgary.

Anything I am drastically overlooking? I'm new to Audi so feel free to tear me up!

 

Congratulations on the purchase. There is a strong following and group in the Calgary area so try and connect with them for fellowship and help. Here is a link to the 20% tint I recently did on my car. We both have grey cars so use this as a reference.

That looks absolutely fantastic. Any hassle from the cops yet on the side tints? I see you won it for free, any estimate on the value of what it would have cost you?

No hassles from the law (yet) although I don't expect any. I do understand the the laws or the law enforcement in Calgary have a different view maybe you can elaborate for us.

Yes, I was the fortunate winner although I believe the estimated cost was either $199 or $299 (I seem to recall $299). Does that make sense?
