MIssing paint on dash buttons

Hi there,

this one I admit it is quite a small detail. Anyway, since it bothers me alot and I will correct it anyway, I ask the question to ensure I do it the best way.

The buttons inside my car has much paint removed, probably because the previous owner was Freddy Krueger or something like this :)

Anyway, I want to correct this visual horror. I already corrected my window controls (ordered a new one and I replaced it).

But for this one, I am unable to find a new dash control module (not sure of the name of that).

How would you proceed if you had to repair this? Would you have the buttons individually removed (and how!) or you would somehow paint directly?

Probably not of interest for many of you though!!

I've never seen buttons so worn, I don't know of any fix for that but a lot of members here have great idea's and may be more help to you on this one. I think replacing the module might be the only fix. I will ask my friends and see if have any suggestions.

Good luck

what are you going to do about the glovebox? one of my hinges broke the other day, and the same thing happened to my old one a couple of years ago.

No need to hijack the painting dash buttons thread. There's already a glove box fixing thread.
