Hey all, last night i was adjusting my headlights and what do you know, a screw bit drops onto a small ledge in the engine bay. Not only that, i was trying to fish it out for 20 mins and then it actually fell into the darkness, never to be seen again . Now i heard it hit something but i cannot see where it went when i look into the engine bay. I would try to take the under skid pad off but i do not have a jack currently..

Is it safe to just do sharp turns somewhere to guide the lost bit out? or should i just wait till i can get some ramps off my buddy ?

wait for the ramps. You'll probably lose it any other way.
