Default Interior troubles (Change/cup holder and tip shift trim)

Hi guys so I just bought my audi this friday and I love it! It's a silver '03 a4 1.8t sedan with 215,000 kms on it. I am now going through the phase of fixing the previous owners mishaps (there is a lot). The interior is the biggest problem though. Lots of bits and bobs broken or missing and most of the little paint and writing/symbols on the buttons have chipped off. Luckily everything (that I know of so far) works except for the change tray that pops out. Now the previous owner had duck tape over it and when I went to pick it off I revealed a glued tray to the trim above and a button to the left of it, of which I don't know what it is due to chipped paint. I picked away most of the glue and it wont budge so Ill need to remove the trim above but problem is I don't know how to do that without breaking or scratching anything. Another problem is under the silver shifter trim there is a black sliding cover. The bottom one is stuck to the top one and when it is in park it leaves a hole for things to fall in. I tried to remove the **** with the zip tie method but it didn't budge. So that sums up the two big concerns of many in my interior and I hope you guys can help out. Thanks guys!
