The last time I checked the oil there was no problem and then today when I went to fill up the windshield wiper fluid... NOTHING

Anyone had this problem before? I haven't even checked the fuses yet.. is there even a fuse for the hood release?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

BTW its an 02 A4

 

its just a cable when you pull the lever it releases the catch at the front see if the cable has come of the back of the lever.

 

Try pulling a little harder than you normally would on the lever (don't need to break it, just a little extra force), I've got the exact same car and sometimes I need to do that. Also, if you think you've pulled the lever out as far as it should go and still no *pop* open, then grab on to the grill and pull up a bit on the hood. Sometimes I find it sticks a little and just needs a little help. If either of those do work then once you've got it open again spray some wd-40 or equivelant on the latch parts to keep them from sticking in the future.
