When I took everything off. I noticed that there is drainage for that one filter but their is also water built up around the battery. I noticed a black hose to the right of the battery I am assuming that the hose is to collect the heat or air for my a/c and heat. I could not find any sort of drainage system anywhere around that area. I could also not get the battery out due to space.

Looks like the drainage behind the battery is blocked. The battery is probably frozen to the car. The drainage is by the firewall behind the battery, so without removing it you will not be able to clear it. The good news is that you found the problem.

Perfect thank you Adam for helping me find the problem... I'm going to pull the battery tomorrow I will have the proper tools then... I will let you know what the result is... There should just be a hole that drains out of the firewall correct?

This is correct. You may take some coat hanger and free the drainage with it.

In any case do not neglect it, because this will ruin your electronics in the spring.
