Hey guys, i got another problem. Its been there since i bought the car. The ESP switch dosent work, no light turns on or anything. I can click it or hold it and nothing happens. Any clue on whats going on? If it helps, previous owner installed HID kit on the car.

 

if you go around corners fast or spin the wheels does the esp try to activate? If it doesnt then try pushing the button again and trying to spin the wheels. If it still doesnt activate then it probably is an issue. Could be one of two things I can think of.

1)ESP works with the ABS control module, so if you are having problems with the ESP light, it may be to do with that.

2) Check to see if the esp fuse is still working

 

Thanks for suggestions, i will try this once i get my car back together lol. Putting a new steering rack.
