Hey everyone I got plans on putting together a custom exhaust for the car and was wondering how this sounds :

3" to dual 2.5" Y pipe ---> Magnaflow 11379 ---> 2.5" SS piping ---> back to Magnaflow 14851 (2). hoping for the exhaust to not be too loud.

Thoughts? ideas? im open to suggestions and shops that could do this for resonable price. The muffler/exhaust place here says they cannot do the mandrel bends in shop and would crush bend instead .

Also im not in the market for buying an exhaust system, as i already got the mufflers for this custom exhaust for cheap . ( UNLESS its a steal :P)

Update on the local shop which quoted well over 1000$ so.. i got the go away price haha :P , They were however helpful and directed me to shops in toronto/hamilton area that have mandrel benders. Has anyone had work done at Zoro Muffler in mississauga or at AAexhaust in hamilton?

Hots Rod Scott's at 815 Kipling Avenue. They have been doing custom work for over 20 years.
Although I didn't do mine there this time I have done about 3 cars there.

 

Thanks man, ill get in contact with them also tomorrow. Im just asking each shop for a rough estimate as i live 2 hrs away from the closest shop, so i dont really have the time to go up get a quote then come back if i didnt like it haha. Any other shops around?

 

Stay away from magnaflow, they rust quick.

 

Haha to late on that one , as i got the magnaflow 14851s as a gift :P lol. They are holding up thou! Also has any of you heard about JPG exhaust in Oakville ? any of you guys had work done there?

 

Hey so update, I went to JPG exhaust in oakville and im very please with the work they have done, great bunch of guys and great prices. The service there was great and i recommend them to anyone needing exhaust work done.
