Default Annoying Glove Box Rattle

Hi Guys,

After four years of my Audi being bank vault tight, it appears that pounding over pot holes all winter has caused a glove box rattle. It sounds like an internal part (maybe the lock??). It rattles over every little bump, but here's the kicker, if I open the glove box and close it again the rattle stops for a day or two and then it's back.

Like most of you, I'm rather obsessive with my car and I'd like some ideas on how to take care of this rattle issue. Thanks!

What i did on previous cars is add a little sponge like material around the lining of the corners and above the lock. The sponge has adhesive on one side and is used for things like window seals and door seals. It worked awesome and it tightened up the lock as well. that was my solution without anything being taken appart and it was not even noticible as it appeared stock.
