Hello all.
Im in Mississauga ad own a 2005 A4 Cabrio. About 155,000 kms. There's a bad coolant leak.... it was slow last month but now just kinda pours out.... a whole coolant tank worth just in 30 mins.
Took it to local mechanic and he said its the water pump and will be about 5 or 6 hours of labour. Plus timing belt will have to be changed too. About $800 to 900 cost.
Does anyone here know any other mechanic that could give a definitive answer and also a price range?
Please help.... I'm desperate ad I dont think i can afford $800 bucks for this job. Its the last weeks of school holidays and I had so much planned to do with my daughter but now i'm stuck.
