Default 3.0 v6 avk heavy vibration not coil packs

To anyone that could help me figure this out ill really be thankfull.. ok bought car on auction with no compression knew timming belt broke . opened and a 3 inlet 6 exh bent.. pistions had very light marks,,with heads off engine can be turned by hand very smooth. ok put new valves assembled did compression test all good now it get tricky car starts and idles fine revs quick like a soild motor should but .... engine shakes the whole car really feels like something off balance .. tested each coil pack and if i remove one then she misses and revs up slow so all fine there and new vacuum pipes so no leaks there ,, was thinking that if anyone had an idea if the balance shaft could of moved when cambelt went.. oh really like your site ..Regards Dean..

i wish it was but maybe vibration is the wrong word lets then rather say a lumpy shake that is there from idle and goes up with the revs,, i checked the balance shaft everything still lines up perfect ,, can the coils give of weak spark.. or maybe fuel injection i am really stumped oh forgot to mention engine light on.. going to assemble and take to read the codes .. just thought that since it was driving and stoped because of cambelt faliure that everything should still be fine .. should lol, audi got to love how it makes you think.
