I've owned my 2004 Audi A4 for 6 months now.

Today the car fails to start the ignition doesn't allow the key (tried with both keys) to turn to start no sound from the motor nothing. But the radio, lights, trunk all of that stuff works just fine even when the car is off.

One odd thing that I did noticed that when you lock the doors the lights flash (normal) but the car doesn't beep.

Can anybody help me out?

If the ignition switch is not allowing the key to turn, try turning steering wheel to unloading possible ign lock tension while attempting to turn ign key.
