one of the upgrades i was going to do this year was upgrading to 18" lightweight Audi R8 style rims with low profile tires so that should help as you have mentioned already.
ill check out Independent Tuning but because i am from manitoba i would rather see if i can find someone closer but thanks anyways.

Larger wheels can be as much as a caveat than a benefit. Make sure you do your homework
