Default 2002 Headlight Washer Leaking

Both of my headlight washers are leaking. It's significant enough that the reservoir won't hold and fluid. Any ideas what might be the cause? The pump? Leaking gaskets or seals? Does anyone know if this is repairable or needs to be replaced?

Thanks, Greg.

the dealer did my lines a few years ago cause they were leaking...but if your reservoir is not holding anything i would say its more them the lines.....it might even be the reservoir

It is the hoses that attach to the washer assembly most likely. You can disconnect them and clamp them off as a temporary solution. If it isn't that then the tank may be cracked but it usually isn't the pump
