Hello Everyone

I want to change my Halogen bulbs over to HID but i can't seem to get a straight anwser on what bulb we use for our headlights.

Does anyone know this?

And robbie...if you want my opinion...look DDM Slim Balast HID Kit for our cars...from reviews I've read...I've come to the conclusion that this is the best kit for the amount of cash you pay.

but this won't give you the perfect cut-off line like the e-codes...but e-codes are a bit pricey :P

 

Here's my question...

What is the FACTORY bulb that is used.
There are a TON of posts regarding aftermarket this, aftermarket that.
But my A4 came stock with xenons...and i want to know what to look for if they ever do go on me!

ahhh...i'm so jealous of you!!! i would love to have factory xenons!! :P

but the bulb you use is D1S (99% sure)

** and its the same damn part from valeo...down to the serial number!! lol**
audi sure does rape us...credit goes to Craig4807 of audizine for doing the research and discovering this

 

Ok so D1S is what is used for replacing the Xeon headlights but what is the halogeon bulbs? are they H7? and does anyone know what the fog light bulbs are aswell
