Default tiptronic Tranny Issue

Figured I'd make a new thread for my issue.
I just recently installed a new intake tube to turbo inlet, and a drop in k&n filter and now when you let off the throttle is seems to jerk. (also have apr chip) its not a smooth transition anymore from throttle on to off, most of the time. its been like that for about 3 weeks, Now as of today Tip mode is shifting oddly and held a gear for couple seconds longer then normal.
I have checked fluid, seemed fine its just started to pour out as car got warm.
I've read a lil bit about the giac tranny chip, not sure if this could help . Anyhelp is much appreciated, could only imagine how much a new trans is ..

Just got my tranny filter Kit today from blauparts.com. Anyone delt with them?

Has anyone had problems with there tranny ?
Just trying to get an idea of how durable/reliable these tranny's are, and if they can take some abuse. I've only owned the car for 20,000km, its got 110,000 on it now. But I can't help but drive hard once and awhile on windy roads using the tip.
Does anyone here have the tranny chip, and or know where to get one.

Take out the K & N filter and drive with your regular filter for a week or two. When you moisted your K & N did you let it dry for like a few days or no? I heard some guys have had similar issues with the air filter because they didnt know it was supposed to dry up first. That would be my starting point!

Out of curiosity, how much does the dealer charge for the Transmission filter/fluid change?

That's not too bad, the tranny fluid costs like $28 per litre already.
