Default stock 2000 a4 1.8t

hi i just bought a slightly used a4 with a 1.8t. 2000.any suggestions to enhance power?has a tiptronic quattro.
also seems like the tranny delays shifting a little much,can that be adjusted?
appreciate any advice.

im in the same boat. but i have had mine for a few months. what should we do? new turbo kit? intake? CHIP? coil overs? **** that i like driving in the snow. and not bust meh sh*t up..ahha

Well guys there is a tip-chip for the B5 which is your car which improves the shifting points and I belive it is by APR. Also best way to boost up power for your car is getting a k04 turbo with a chip and an intake along with a new DV
