When changing ur first engine oil change after buying a used 99 a4 1.8t Quattro is it right to also change front tranny gear oil and rear differential oil.? Purple max or Redline 75w90 pls help

 

im going to change mine to motul how ever you spell that...

 

Quattro so u gotta do front and back right? In my bmw i had just to do rear Diff fluid bc it was rear wheel drive

 

ill be doin the tranny, CD, Diff

I did the tranny oil at about 100,000 kms. I never did the differential oil.
I'm going to find out...

NoodleB5: Audi Tiptronic transmission does not use Redline 75w90, which I believe is designed for a manual gearbox. You have to use an ATF equivalent to ESSO LT 71141 fluid. Pentosin ATF or Audi/VW OEM ATF with part number G 052 162 A2 will work.
