Default Need mechanical help

Hello, i have a audi A4 1997 1.8T. My problem with the car is that One of the four cylinders is not working. the compresion on the four cylinders is 175. but the 2nd cylinder does not get electricity and that is why is not working. i changed the computer and still no work. can somebody help me.

check ignition coil by switch, and check the ignition controll unit 4D0 905 351(may vary), which is on top of the air filter box(just remove the plastic cover, you'll see it), this one is often fail piece. this one's list price before tax is about $500. shop price about 110-170. good luck.
