im having problems with my license plate bulb, ive changed the bulbs and the fuse, and its still not working.... anyone can help?

 

Check the ground for the light socket. Also, check to make sure the socket is not corroded.

 

ok thx... its all corroded... what about the ground? there seems to be only a ground for the driverside bulb housing

 

Well, the other one may be kind of hidden and probably splices into the ground that you can see. A test light can confirm that the socket is grounded. Try and clean out the sockets and check them for power and ground with a test light.

i used a dremel with a sanding drum and cleaned up the contacts on the trunk, the lights now both work flawlessly

 

also, to prevent this from happening i advise you to seal the license plate light housing with silicone after replacing the bulbs. The poor design allows water to penetrate the housing fairly easily, resulting in a reoccuring $50 replacement cost.
