Default Factory Alarm System issue with new starter

Hi guys:
I'm new to the site and I'm already in need of some experties...lol
my 97 A4 1.8t Quttro is having some problems with the factory alarm system after 4 years with my compustart pager system.
I would like to know whether there is any way of removing the factory alarm or bypass it, or even I should just replace it with a new/used one ???
What happens is that now that I've seperated the after-market and factory alarms. Everytime I try to remote start the car, the factory alarm might go off and not let the car start...(happens once outta 4 tries)
Anyone knows anything like this or heard of anything like it ???

Default Re: Help !!!

Welcome to the website! A lot of people come on here seeking for help, if they were all to name the thread "Help!!!", how would anyone know what to look for? Next time if you can name the topic so it is easier to be located, that would be much appreciated. I will change it this time around.

I dont have the wiring diagram for your car so i cant really tell you if it is on a separate circuit.
