Coolant and Engine Oil

Hey, does anyone know what is the best coolant for the my Audi A4 2000 2.8t and also i got some engine oil which is 5w40 and i was wondering is that hte right one for my car. Im jus goin to crappy tire to grab these stuff

Miss A4 is an unknown quantity at this point

Can't answer the coolant question, but I use 5W40 oil. I could be wrong, but I think the manual suggests to use 0W40, and 5W40 if it's not available. Don't quote me on that.
