That is the least they can do ...:)
My dealer wanted like $100 if I recall for a simple rear bulb light.
I consulted the forum bought a light from canadian tire wore gloves and replaced it myself after seeing a complete how to step by step video on youtube!

Adam,
If you treat other people's cars the way you treat yours, that shop won't be around very long. I'd hate to drop my car off to have a dent removed only to have it returned with holes drilled in the airbox, the engine soaked in booze, and homemade nitro in the tank.

Not to mention having made sure your car can pass a Porsche at 200km/h uphill on a mountain

just do what they ask you to do and don't provide them with any other services. then you'll be fine.

Seriously, $350 to change a light blub. There must be more to this story... I've had the dealer change brake lights in my car for $30.00

Yes I have no problem with that. Just maybe 30ml of Nitro into the gas tank?

The story is like that: First day I bought the car all the lightbulbs burned at once, because I had dead 7 year old battery in it. The alternator was pumping 16 Volts trying to charge it and the excessive voltage burned the bulbs.
Dealer had to diagnose the problem and they charged me $200.00 for that.
They probably knew right away what was happening, but they used me to do this hidious thing. They will never see my car again and I tell everybody to go to their competition here in Cowboy town.
