my guess is that the whole circuit board is fried and that there's no chance in hell it will work
before you get a new or used one, try to open it, as the bottom cover has a gasket, moisture will not easily get out.

this guy has some used in stock, but look just to far from you.

i guess i forgot to mention that i took the whole unit apart...

everything is bone dry right now

still doesn't work
