3 coolant reservoirs in 3 years!...2001 A4

I have a 2001 A4. I have gone through 3 coolant reservoirs in 3 years. They have all cracked, some more than others. Why is this happening? I live in Winnipeg so it might be the extreme weather changes but it's getting ridiculous

too much pressure maybe? it does sound very odd. you could just be very unlucky.

Cracked and plugged are the major causes for them to be replaced. Not sure why but I've ran into the same problem as well

They're known for failing - the plastic is rather crappy - but 3 in 3 years is crazy. Why exactly are they needing to be replaced? Same reason every time? Without knowing exactly what is failing, my first thought is your engine bay is running hotter than usual, breaking down the plastic faster; which, is why the usually fail.
