Just Sport Diff. That's what I did after test driving both. No regrets.

Definitely get the Sport Diff though...

Save some $$$ Sports diff only. Get B&O too. Audi symphony sucks. My A4 had it, and my S4 does not. I made some DIY change for few $$ but still not the B&O.

We've had the ADS and sport diff for a little over 2 years now, the ADS is much more noticeable than the sport diff and much more useful. Go for it.
