Hey Guys,

I'm new to the site and it looks pretty good.

I just got my S4 about 4 weeks ago and I've just finished the break in. I've been in and out of town otherwise I think I would have gotten this car up to 1500km in about 3 days.

This evening I opened the hood and found that my coolant level was pretty low. Around the min level. once the car warmed up the level moved up to about 1/2 way between min and max. I know a few days ago the level was max. I've searched around the internets and found a few forums that talked about older B8s having a few issues with coolant ranging from "the car will eat coolant during break-in" to a hole in the rad/intercooler. I don't have a puddle under her so I don't think it's that. I also know that they changed the water pump in '11 so it's probably not that...

I'm heading to the dealership tomorrow but just wondered if anyone has heard/ experienced anything like this?
