hey all, was just curious what everyone is getting on Mileage on their Audi S4's
not sure if its normal, I am getting about 400km to the tank

if thats not normal anyone know how i can improve my mileage out take

I get at this time of the year with heat on at 75f and driver heated seat on and car set in dynamic around 420-440. Summer time is just over 500kms. Sucks coming from a4 but I had to realize I went from that to a more performance car so sucks on gas and I want my next car to be a v8. Lol

thanks.. ya kind of figured that.. read a bit of the other posts.. sucks gotta suffer but well worth it for the speed.

Consider yourself lucky. I get 300-330kms a tank lol

Axel you have a lot of city driving and tuned the crap out of your car

It's mostly the city driving. The mods didn't actually make a difference surprisingly.

damn.. ya thats pretty bad... when the roads clear up here, i will get my lead foot on.. and possibly get the same kind of mileage..

for me i'm prob 80% hwy and 20% city. i like some spirited driving but not at this time of the year. i did program the car so everything is auto set to dynamic when car turns on because hey... thats why i bought the car after all. wasnt for full or i would have just bought a diesel for 1000kms a tank.

i live in Edmonton, and drive my car close to 350-500 km a week. heaters on, and alot of idol time as i use it as an office a lot of the time. On busy weeks i usually get close to 480km/tank. at fill-up it usually estimates 600km to empty, but thats shortly adjusted to around 580.

the more my engine has broken in, the better it gets, even when in Dynamic.

any idea if gas would make a difference? i have been tanking up premium gas 91 octane.. but thinking of putting in the 94.. seeing if it would make any difference..
probably try it either way and see what happens.
