Been holding on 4 2 years now in hopes that the A3 of choice arrives just as I want it...
- at first waited for 2.0T quattro
- then fancied the TDI option aswell
- howz about the TDI Quattro

...but now I hear the A3 is getting a complete revamp in a year or 2??
Audi obviously knows nothing

(..and don't like the thread tackling the turbo wastegate noises - not to mention DSG disengaging issues)

Want to buy this damn car but they're not making it easy - sux to be a stickler!!

If this carries on it'll be a Beamer or subaru

 

Why not get the current one and then trade up?

 

The A3 is not changing for MY11/MY12. It just had a face lift in MY09. The next gen will come in MY14 with new engine/transmission options.

 

...you can never believe the hype, but there seems to quite a bit of speculation from various sources.

With the new A1 just released I think we can saftely say that the A3 needs an overhaul to maintain design consistency.

Extremely difficult to find out what Audi has planned for the 'near' future... how on earth did you uncover the plans for MY2014?!! Need your source list please
