Is there a simple fix or workaround for the Bluetooth / Blackberry syncing issue? The BT in my A3 works flawlessly with my iPhone (initial address book upload and ongoing updates). However, I've got a BB-using work colleague who's in the buying process now and I'd like to help smooth her introduction to Audi if possible.

 

Make sure you have the latest firmware on your Blackberry. This can avoid you a lot of headaches.

 

If you just do what I listed in this thread it should work. Since I posted the problem and fix here, ours has worked perfectly.

This is what I did to get the blackberry to sync the address book to the car:
1) updated to latest firmware
2) cleared all my call logs (this seems to have done the trick)

and now my address book is pulling perfectly. let me know how this goes!
