A3 winter tires?

Hi. New guy here. 2009 A3 2.0T FSI quattro S-Line. White.
Has 17" rims. What would you suggest for winter tires?
Also, I am going to 18" rims for hi-performance summer tires next year. Any suggestions on rims and tires. Thanks

I run Blizzak Revo1 on for the winter (225.45.17) and Dunlop Sport Maxx for the summer 235.40.18. I'm pretty happy with the setup.
