09 A3 2.0T - winter wheel vibration
Went with a winter package deal from 1010tires... got the General Tire Acticmax, and all looks good. Mounted them with SUPER CARE, as if they were alloys.
Torque in star pattern to 40, then repeat to 80. Driving them, I get vibrations at around 100 + km/hr.
I've untightened and retightened them several times, and still get the vibrations... any one else having this issue?
Would it be the wheels not being perfectly balanced?

Assuming you got new rims too: You need a hub centric ring spacer. Wheels are probably balanced but the rims won't fit on like the stock, you're probably off by mm's. Should't cost you more than $40. I had to get them for my rims too because around 120 km there was a lot of vibration in the wheel. Afterwards, it went away.
