Re: Q5 - HID Amber Fog light, LED interior Lighting (ERROR FREE)
Update:
So I went to change the headlight bulb, I removed the air intake, got to the bulb housing took the lid off, I had my hands on the OEM bulb but I don't know if I should pull or turn clockwise/counter clock, to unscrew. I've videoed so far but I don't want to damage the car. I've tried clock and counter and pulling and nothing is moving I am scared of breaking something. I've searched the net inside and out I am clueless.

More update: I figured it out, you don't turn or twist you PULL really hard. It is a VERY VERY bad design I hate it. So I took out the OEM they're Philips BTW. It took me 2.5 hours to put the 6000K back in, in the process I damaged it. Can you believe it 180 bux down the drain (I have one good bulb which I will sell). It gets worse. I put the OEM back in took me an hour, now my left head light is out of alignment, the light isn't as bright. I am SO screwed.
I am calling Audi tomorrow to see what they charge to align. It was the most poorly design head light I have ever seen. Light bulbs shouldn't be this hard to replace.
I am going to ask for a simple alignment lets see the kind of non-sense they will ask me to pay for.
I'll keep you all posted.

For the brief moment the 6000K was in the car, I took a picture. For some reason it looks more like 8000K a little too purple not sure why. Picture on the wall it's the one on the left and looking at the car it's the one on the right.

So i picked up the car, no issue they "fixed it". The guy said he ran diognostic, positioned the lights etc... all is good. They even took it for a 5K test drive!!!!!!
I come home, the light is exactly the way it was. NO change. They didn't even bother facing the car against a wall to see if the issue is fixed even though when I dropped it that's how I showed them the issue. So tomorrow at 8 once again I beat rush hour go back. I will keep you posted.

Update:
Car was ready last Thursday but because I was away I didn't pick it up until today. I got extremely lucky. They replaced both bulbs ordered from US non in Canada hence the wait. No cost, warranty wasn't impacted so all good. Even though I changed the fog lights and they saw it warranty didn't get touched.
Moral of the story: Don't touch the head lights. Only way to change them is to remove the housing and the bumper if you have that kind of time go for it otherwise if you don't you can get the bulb out like I did but can't put it back in. Also, for that brief period I had the 6K bulb in there, the LED and headlight color mis-match was very noticeable.
I am glad to have been the guinea pig for this one, now I have to sell my 6K bulbs .
If you want to change your interior lights and fog lights talk to me I know it can be done easily but this one I'd stay away from...
Cheers.

Thanks for all your help with the interior lights and the foglights.. Somehow I made a simple task a lot more complicated but warcity helped me out with some good advice.
