My A4 2009 just got 12000KM (in 8 months). This is my result:
- HW: less then 7 (I made a test of 2x15KM at 100KM/H, rated 6.4)
- City (downtown) 15-18
- City (suburbs): 10-12
- Daily commuting average 9.5 (65% HW)
- Trip computer reading is 5% off (or maybe the gas stataio fuel pump is %5 off?, anyway, the TC make you feel better)
- I am a gentle driver and use all fuel saving tips.
- Audi's spec is WAY WAY off the reality (city driving) !!!

i am getting 11 to 12 in the city. my 2002 a4 1.8 has 240,000 kms on it..does high kms alone negatively affect the fuel economy?

I am getting, on my car with 1800 Kms on it, 11.4 l/100km in the city and 7.9 l/100km in the highway...
I use 91 permium gas... dont know where to get the 95 that the car tells me it needs.

Unless you do extreme driving 95 is just draining your wallet.

Your car needs 91. The 95 is the same thing, but in different units. (RON vs the other one, forgot the names, just go to wikipedia)
