18" RS4 replica rims on B6 S4?

Default 18" RS4 replica rims on B6 S4?
Considering the purchase of RS4 replica rims to spruce-up my B6 S4.
The replicas have an offset of 45 whereas I believe the stock 18" rims have an offset of 35. Can anyone advise me of issues I may have (e.g. fender clearance?).

Any other advice on these type of rims would be welcome.

On my S4 2001, i ended up using spacers, that's probrably what your going to end up needing to do.
