18 inch OZ Ultraleggera wheels
Does anyone have issues with these rims failing due to the nasty road conditions in the GTA ? I am thinking of purchasing a set for both track and street use and keeping the stock rims for winter use.

I think the more historical brand you go with the more you can count on track performance etc etc...
OZ has been around for a long time especially in the rally scene before they got into mainstream rims... What this means to you: They are not likely to skimp out on cheap crappy build materials as some of the other wheel companies out there... |

Re: 18 inch OZ Ultraleggera wheels
I run Ultraleggera, for Summers, in Regina. I'm not overly careful with them, but I certainly don't go bombing over potholes on purpose. It's a physical impossibility of the Universe that GTA's roads are worse than Regina's :)

Re: 18 inch OZ Ultraleggera wheels
I had Ultraleggeras before in 18" and bent a lip the first week I had them. Had to bring it to a rim repair place to have it reshaped...

I just bought 19" and hope to have them installed next week. We'll see.
