I am also down for a meet! I've said it a few times on here and it's never gone anywhere...
However, there is a good group of enthusiasts in the Euro Domestic Market in the winnipegheights.com forums. Mostly VWs, Audis and BMWs.
They generally meet Sundays at Assiniboine Park near the Zoo entrance off Corydon.
I am free this Sunday if anyone wants to get together, either check that forum in Heights or email me murphenur77@gmail.com
I've got: B6 S4 Avant - some mods.

Most Sundays at 2pm some of us meet at Assiniboine Park off corydon near the Zoo entrance. (this depends on weather)
There will be another "meet" this Friday night, 7ish at the same location (assiniboine park)
