Climate control and rad fan issues
 

Good day there.

I just picked up a 1991 Coupe Quattro 2 weeks ago and just realized that the cooling fan won't run if i don't turn on my climate control. is it like a climate control problem or a bad wiring somewhere between the rad fan and climate control.

if my climate control is off, the rad fan will never kick in to cool off the coolant.

i had some issues like that off a 84 5000S Audi never bothered to fix it up as it had some nasty issues with the wiring.

i do have a spare one off a 90 CQ
