Audi Victoria Experience
Had the pleasure of having work done there. No different than the old Speedway. Got ripped off and really question their business ethic!!
Never to cross into their business again. Ferry to the mainland or a VW dealer if they can help next time.

Re: Audi Victoria Experience
I 100% agree with you. Went in looking to try the new TT but instead was treated like I didn't matter.
Tried to order a paint stick but after nearly 4 months I called. They couldn't find it in their system. I told them to forget it, I will make the trip to Vancouver from now on. It's really too bad they are so terrible in terms of customer service. Love my audi!
Where do you get your audi serviced instead? I've tried forward. Think I got a shotty front strut done. Going to try Autospiel next.

Hmm, unfortunate experiences. I've had nothing but stellar service from Joanne and Stacy and the rest of the crew at Audi Autohaus. I've also used Forward Motors (Gary is a champ) and 5252 Motorsport near Keating. Great guys there as well.

You will not believe to what happened with me at Victoria Audi, trust me all your stories will sound a "Sunday Picknick" after you hear this.
Brought my A8 for a quote on some body work. As I was rushing to work, left the car at the garage so the polisher could have a look. Later that day when I was picking up the car, I noticed the front tyre was flat, by close inspection we saw a bolt sticking out of the tyre. Michael , the manager, suggested to replace it with spare tyre and live the damaged one in the garage so the they can try to fix it.
We took out my Brand New ( never used) spare tyre and replaced it.
Next morning they said unfortunately the damaged tyre can not be fixed, and I had to get a new tyre. As the spare tyre had a different alloy, I asked to put it on the alloy wheel of the damaged tyre, while I sort out a new one. So, left the car again at the garage so they could swap the alloy. later when I was picking up the car, I noticed that the tyre they had put wasn't anymore my brand new spare tyre, but instead some old and bold tyre, opa.... I called Michael and said listen this is not my tyre, I had a brand new spare tyre, you said it your self when we took out of the trunk yesterday, he leterally said its a...."Brand New Spare Tyre".....
To what he answered .."But I said it looks like brand new, I didn't say it is brand new"...., well I said " this one now that you gave to me neither looks nor is a brand new tyre.."
Got really upset, said a few warm and sweet words and left that garage,... For ever.
IF THEY DO THIS TO PARTS WE BISIBLE TO US, IMAGINE WHAT THEY'LL DO WITH THE INVISIBLE PARTS, WHEN WE LEAVE OUR CARS THERE...

Hey some of you guys in Victoria need to check out the Poker Run..., great cause and an excellent time. It is August 17th this year with all proceeds going to Camp Shawnigan.
Includes freebies, door prizes, BBQ lunch, banquet dinner, and tonnes of sponsor donated raffle items. Ralley goes from Victoria to Mt Washington where we have the challet for the evening. I have about 10 spots left.
