I would like to purchase a 2012 or 2013 Audi Q5 but do not have a dealer in my hometown. I haven't heard great things about Turner in Kelowna and would like to know opinion on Vancouver dealers please.

Speedway Audi has now moved to a new location in Victoria. They're called Audi Autohaus now.

I do not know much about BC...however I did hear good things about "Open Road Audi"

 

Royal Oak Audi. Unbelievably good customer service .

 

I have been using Capilaino Audi in North Vancouver for the last year. Initially I had dealt with Blayne Knott as a salesperson, but he has transferred back to his hometown in Ontario. Now as we are trading our A3 in for an A4 (used), we are dealing with James Rincon (Lease Manager I think). He seems more laid back and relaxed than some others.

Capilaino is a family run dealership (or so I am told), so it doesn't have the same corporate feel that some of the large multi-dealership dealers have.

BTW, I learned yesterday that there will be at least one diesel option for every model that Audi sells by 2015. I look forward to having the same choices as they do in Germany or England : )
