Horn is not working. I have narrowed it down to the Steering Column as the relay and fuse are both fine. If I send power directly to the relay the horns work. Almost everything I read seems to be relate to the clock spring and air bag unit (very little horn info). Can someone tell me if there are specific parts related to the horn that fail and can be replace or must the whole unit including air bag be replaced.
