2016 A4 quattro Technik - bought used in 2018 which started consuming 1L of oil every 600kms in 2021 (started at 175 000 and got worse quickly now at 195 000km

asked 2 times audi dealer to give me a detailed parts and labour on engine rebuilt with what the warranty - nothing like I never asked - in person they gave a bulk park of 13k!

im not a Audi mechanic but I’ve rebuilt Toyotas 30 years ago and I’m expecting Audi A4 new engines to be above 10k and rebuilt to be 6k … all depending on which parts and labour obviously

Is anyone can provide a real estimate of parts costs and dealer labour time needed for the big lines of the job?
any good recommendations where to go and not go (other than dealer offer warranty and private is cheaper)?
which part is typically warranty by dealer on engine rebuild?
is it common to also have to change / repair turbo or transmission during these rebuild?
